The World Trails Film Festival is an international celebration of storytelling inspired by trails, nature, and the human journey. The Chewelah Valley Land Trust is a community-driven nonprofit based in Chewelah, Washington, dedicated to conserving local landscapes and expanding public access to the outdoors. Founded in 2018, the organization works to protect natural spaces while fostering recreation, education, and a deeper connection between people and the land. Its flagship project, the Chewelah Community Forest, offers hundreds of acres of accessible terrain for hiking, biking, and year-round exploration, reflecting the Trust’s commitment to preserving the region’s natural beauty for generations to come.
