Welcome to StageTime Theatre's Teen Conservatory!
StageTime Theatre’s Teen Conservatory is an exciting advanced performance program designed for dedicated young actors ready to take their theatrical training to the next level. Founded and directed by Jessica Sety, the conservatory is now entering its third season and continues to grow as one of the region’s most unique summer theatre opportunities for teens.
The inaugural production in the summer of 2024 was Little Women, followed by last year’s acclaimed production of Anne of Green Gables. This summer, the conservatory sets sail into adventure with the imaginative and high-energy production of Peter and the Starcatcher.

Who Can Audition?
Open exclusively to teens who have participated in a prior StageTime Theatre School production, the conservatory offers performers the chance to work in a focused, audition-based environment that mirrors the expectations and excitement of professional theatre.
Unlike traditional open-enrollment programs, the Teen Conservatory requires auditions, and not every student who auditions will be cast. Students who are not cast, or who wish to expand their theatrical experience, are also encouraged to participate behind the scenes through technical theatre, stage management, props, costumes, and production support.

The Plot
In a whirlwind of imagination, adventure, and theatrical magic, a young girl named Molly and three orphan boys are swept into a daring journey across the high seas. When a trunk containing powerful starstuff falls into the clutches of the flamboyant and fearsome pirate Black Stache, a race begins to protect its extraordinary magic from those who would misuse it.
Shipwrecked on a mysterious island filled with mermaids, natives, and hidden wonders, the unlikely heroes must summon courage, wit, and trust in one another. Along the way, a nameless orphan discovers something far greater than a destiny… he discovers himself.
In a final act of bravery and sacrifice, the Boy is forever changed, becoming Peter Pan—the boy who will never grow up—while Molly returns to her world, carrying the memory of a friendship that shaped them both.
