Romantic Comedy by Bernard Slade is a witty, fast-paced comedy about love, friendship, and the unpredictable twists of life. Successful Broadway playwright Jason Carmichael meets aspiring writer Phoebe Craddock just as he is about to get married. What begins as a professional partnership grows into a remarkable friendship as they spend the next ten years writing hit plays together while carefully avoiding the one subject they can't seem to write their way around: their feelings for each other.
With sharp dialogue, colorful characters, and plenty of laughs, Romantic Comedy is a delightful journey through friendship, ambition, relationships, and the sometimes frustrating timing of love.
